Not suitable for a stay beyond one night
1/5 The ad clearly stated ‘kitchen’
It was in fact a tiny kitchennette.
In it there different coffee cups with mismatched plates. Three spoons of diff brands , two forks, etc. , etc. This is a garage sale handout. Junk !
The sink was scratched and dated. In short , this was not even comfortable for two nights. There is no way anyone could cook in this place. This was noncancellable. I did ask for early check out and got no response from either owner or VRBO.
Overall , one star - cheap motel rating

Great location for day trips
5/5 This is a decent studio for 2 guests. While the furnishings were outdated, everything was clean and in good working order. The unit stocks minimal dish /cookware but no pantry, seasonings, or foodstuffs. The grounds were very well kept and everyone was kind and respectful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and will definitely return!

Great location for day trips!
5/5 Although there are 2 queen beds, this is a decent sized studio for 2 guests. There are minimal dishes/cookware but no pantry items or foodstuffs, and they do ask that renters not leave any. The beds and pillows were soft, but still comfy. The unit was clean and well maintained. This is a nice community with well kept grounds and a wonderful pool area. We had a great stay and would love to return!
