Clean, well maintained property that allow pets.
4/5 The property is in a nice neighborhood close to shops, such as Trader Joe’s and good restaurants. It was not an easy walk to Vanderbilt beach, but close enough to drive. The home has everything we needed and is very clean. The only thing I’d change is the master bedroom bed frame; it’s too big for the room, so the pointy edges at the end of the bed frame stick out and if you’re not careful, they jab your sides and believe me, it’s painful. My husband and I both got jabbed.

Great time on winter break.
5/5 Wonderful home very clean and well kept with modern finishings. The owner is very accommodating and easy to contact.
Kitchen was fully equipped with everything that I needed to prepare and cook all of our meals. Although we had cool December days, we still managed to have breakfast outdoors on the patio. The backyard was very peaceful. Convenient location short drive to health club, beaches, restaurants, grocery stores. About 25 minute walk to the closest beach.
