3/5 The space and layout of the house was great for our family get away. There were many extras that were appreciated ...beach accessories, pool toys, etc. However, there were some basics missing...scissors, tape, kitchen towels. Communication was efficient and kind. The place needs some TLC and updates. We did have issues with ants and cockroaches. The locks weren't working on the pool room and the lock box is outdated for safety. The pool was not very clean...lots of dirt stirred up when we swam in it. I would describe the place as adequate, not amazing.

- Some initial difficulty was experienced with the lockbox, which our team assisted with promptly. Access to the home remained fully secure throughout your stay.

5/5 Something’s in the property like the ceiling fan in the master did not work, but overall it was nice. The kids didn’t want to leave the house. They had fun in the pool.
