  Pasamos unos dias muy agradables , nos gusto mucho la propiedad y su cercania a la playa, tuvimos la suerte de disfrutar de la celebración en la playa del 4 de Julio, un espectaculo fantastico de fuegos artificiales.En el apartamento encontramos todo lo que necesitamos tal como aparece en el listado de la propiedad, la recomiendo y regresaría nuevamente

  The location is excellent because the property is in a great neighbourhood, within walking distance of the ocean and main streets.

  Unfortunately, the owner of this property was not forthcoming and did not advise us that there would be loud construction (tractors, chainsaws, etc.) on the condo property right outside the door of the unit, scheduled during our entire 4 night stay. Construction, starting at 8:30 am, affected our enjoyment of the unit and the safety around the pool area. The owner went MIA and did not respond when these issues were raised, in writing, during our stay. We were told, by other owners, that the HOA advised all owners of the construction many weeks ahead of our stay. We would have sought other accommodations had we been told in advance.

  FYI furnishings in this unit are basic eg. no hanging space for renters to hang dresses/suits/long garments, only open shelves in bedrooms no dressers, no full length mirror, minimal decor; no in-unit washer/dryer and no patio or outdoor area or clothes hanger to dry wet towels or bathing suits; mattress in secondary bedroom is just OK; very little sound proofing between units or outdoors.

  We would recommend NOT renting this unit (even after the construction is complete) or any unit rented by these specific owners. There are many other great units available for rent in the complex and in the neighbourhood.

  -Regarding your stay, we would like to provide some context from our side:
  -We are committed to creating a positive experience for our guests. As part of this commitment, we offer a generous welcome basket that includes a bottle of wine, a couple of bottles of water, and light snacks.
  -Before check-in, the guest reached out frequently about various aspects such as the area and amenities. We responded to every inquiry, assisted in arranging a crib/pack-n-play rental for their baby, and provided multiple recommendations for activities.
  -We informed the guest well in advance about the light construction and maintained communication throughout their stay. Despite claims of pool access issues, we received a picture from them by the pool.
  -It’s unfortunate that the guest didn’t fully enjoy her stay. We made every effort to address their concerns, and there were some inaccuracies in the guest's feedback that we would like to clarify.
  -The master bedroom is equipped with a full-length mirror in the corner.
  -There is a closet in the master bedroom with ample hangers.
  -The condo has been fully renovated and is not accurately described as "basic".
  -We strive to ensure every guest enjoys their stay and are always open to addressing any concerns that arise.
  We do all we can to make the best possible stay, and we look forward to this property hosting many satisfied guests. We will continue to provide our guests with the 5-star experiences we are known for.

  This condo was perfect for our small family. It provides everything you need for a relaxing beach vacation. You can not ask for a better location, situated right by the beach and shops. Everything has been nicely updated and the place was very clean when we arrived.

  Property was amazing with the updated bathrooms especially. They were great about giving us a late checkout. We go to this property every year.
