    Overall the condo was great. The second bedroom is pretty small, however there were a lot of options to accommodate our family of 6. Two parents, two kids under 8 and two grand parents. Very close to Starbucks, restaurants, groceries. Just say 25-30 min for everything else like beach, 5th ave, mini golf…

    Word of caution don’t leave anything at the pool it won’t be there when you go back. Which has nothing to do with the condo but just being honest about it.

    Condo was very clean and had everything we needed.

    Adequate, but not exceptional. Neighbors left a complaint about noise on a day when it never stopped raining and we were trying to contain two young boys. It was Sunday and museums and parks were closed.

    - We understand that it was raining and you had two boys to take care of and we're sorry that the neighbors complained. This is out of our control, we try to keep things under control so that the neighbors who live here do not complain. We ask all our guests to be respectful of those neighbors and keep noise levels at a minimum. We wish you had reached out if you were unhappy and would have rated our property on more than this one issue.

    We truly go above and beyond for our guests, and we are confident that future guests will have excellent stays! We will continue to deliver the 5-star experiences we are known for."

  • Clean and Comfortable Condo with Extra Amenities

    This is the second time we’ve stayed at an Evolve property, and there is a nice difference. Besides providing a clean condo and comfortable furnishings, the host provided so many nice amenities like hand soap, extra towels, a variety of kitchen appliances, and all the basic supplies for laundry, kitchen and bath. We didn’t need to buy anything extra except our food and enjoy the place. We relaxed with morning coffee and meals on the private lanai that overlooks a nature area. The heated pool is a beautiful spot for relaxing. The condo is convenient to shopping, restaurants, community center (with lap pool & nature trails), botanical gardens, and the Rookery. If you’re looking for a quiet place with friendly people and an excellent host, this is it.

    Overall property is nice, kids enjoyed the pool, BUT there’s cockroaches inside and a black mold in the bathrooms.

We have had a very stern conversation with our cleaning team to ensure all efforts are consistent and thorough. We wish you would have reached out to us during your stay. We would've been more than happy to send our cleaning team to address your concerns to make your stay most comfortable
    -We have our property sprayed and inspected monthly by a professional exterminator to keep our condo pest-free. We consulted with our exterminator after your stay as he maintains our unit and the entire complex and it's been confirmed there are no bugs or roaches in the area

  • Nice and roomy

    We enjoyed our stay but there were minor things that needed attention. The toilets had scale where water had sat. In master bath no towels at all when we arived. They were in the linen closet, but I had washed my hands in MB and then had to go looking for a towel. There were dead insects on floor that were not swept up after the bug man sprayed on the 28 of Sept. ( Found business flyer) And my biggest disappointment was the floors had been dusted but not washed. Barefeet turned black after just walking a few times between kitchen and living room. I loved the space. Just not the cleaning habits. For 150.00 cleaning fee they could afford a mop and floor cleaner.

    - As we value the condition of our home, we're sorry to hear that any cleanliness issues impacted your stay. We immediately reached out to our cleaning team and discussed this with them. We made it clear that certain incidents cannot be overlooked and the importance of providing a thorough service.
    -Unfortunately, we weren't aware of the exterminator's visit and we apologize for that inconvenience. We would have ensured that the area was thoroughly attended to again. We take immense pride in maintaining an inviting, clean environment for our guests.
    - In regards to the towels, the cleaners mentioned they might have forgotten to hang them back up after washing. We will make sure to prevent such oversights in the future. We had scheduled the cleaners for a thorough cleaning just a couple of weeks before the season started. It appears that within that short time, some water stains developed in the toilets. However, our dedicated cleaning team has reassured us that they will take every measure to ensure thorough and proper cleaning going forward.
    - Communication is important to us and bringing up your concerns during your stay would have given us the opportunity to assist you immediately.
