Perfect for us!
5/5 This was the perfect place for my young family. Quiet, nice pool, with shore fishing spots nearby. Good central location for fairly quick access to the Marcos Island and Naples beaches to the north and the Everglades to the south. We're already planning on returning for spring break next year.

Lovely Efficiency
5/5 Steve the owner was excellent in his communication. When I arrived the unit was super clean and cool, AC was running and was a delight when I stepped in the unit. The restaurant next door was nice to have as there is nothing within 10 miles. Beautiful drive from Marco just lovely. I would definitely stay here again. I was house hunting so didn't have much time to explore the pool but it looked very nice and clean as well. Thank you for an easy check in and a super clean place to stay. Note: there is a nice Ship Store for snacks and drinks.

4/5 Our stay was nice. Our room wasn't quite ready at 3pm as promised, and there was a dirty towel left in bathroom that we requested be picked up but wasn't. We enjoyed the pool, pickle ball, nearby beach at Marco, kayaking, island tour, and airboat ride. Tv struggled with WiFi... We had to watch Super Bowl on our phone. Coin operated laundry facility onsite, but no one wanted to provide quarters. Very rude at marina shop. Had to ask neighbor for quarters. Suggest coin machine or card appliances. Overall we enjoyed our stay.
