2/5 The house itself was very well equipped and clean. Check-in went smoothly.We were very inconvenienced by a service call for an HVAC tech (knocking on the door at 7:30 a.m on day 2) for what we were told by the owner was a preventative maintenance issue. Later that day we returned to the house, and found that there was no heat at all. Freezing temps outside, and the inside temps were 53 degrees!I understand things like this happen and are beyond the control of the owner. However, my message to the owner went unanswered and as of 3 days past check-out, still nothing from him.
