Clean house, great spaces.
5/5 The home has 3 well appointed clean bedrooms. The recreation space at the back and huge fenced yard was wonderful. Great for our dog and would be perfect for a family with kids.
I personally appreciated the plentiful coffee pods and creamers!

Girls weekend
3/5 We had rented this particular home because of its proximity to town and all the reviews. The house is in a quiet neighborhood and we found all the amenities as described online however, the minute we walked in the house an unbearable smell hit us. Opening windows and doors didn’t help air out the stench of dogs. Lysol and candles barely touched it. Being a dog owner myself, I had never been in a home that smelled this bad.

- Upon receiving your review, we thoroughly reviewed our records and discovered that we had received a call on March 22nd at 11:30 a.m. We promptly returned the call within minutes, and it was explained that one of the guests had an allergy to dogs and had not realized the home was pet-friendly when booking. We understand that this was an oversight on your part, and we appreciate your proactive efforts in purchasing cleaning products and candles.
- We offered to arrange for a professional cleaning company to conduct a deep clean, but we understand that you politely declined, mentioning that allergy medication had been taken and was providing relief. We were assured that everything was under control and were told that you would reach out if the situation worsened. However, we did not receive any further communication and assumed that the issue had been resolved.
- It's worth noting that our listings explicitly state that the home is pet-friendly, and many previous reviews highlight this aspect. Additionally, past guests have praised the cleanliness of the home and our prompt responsiveness to any concerns.
- We are dedicated to providing all our guests with a comfortable and enjoyable experience, and we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience you may have experienced.

5/5 Age group 53-79 Five of us came in for Granddaughters Wedding in Sorrento. House was a great home to relax. Comfortable! Loved the backyard &huge tree, Saw squirrels birds etc. Quiet neighborhood! Loved Mount Dora - hope to visit again, and would book this home again.
