This property was exactly how it looked online. I like the fact that it had a fully equipped kitchen. It had dishes to cook in and everything. I liked the pool area as well. My friends and I didn't have enough time to play at the tennis court or none of the other amenities but I'm sure they were nice as well.

We enjoyed the entire experience and may do it again, but never in Florida.

We love tennis, and we looked for the unit close to the Destin Tennis club. The location was perfect - just a few yards from the courts. Very close to the beach. Seascape is also a great place to walk. It would be great if the address of entry was listed, as our GPS was routing us through the gate that cannot be opened without transponder.

We had a great time! But this property is severely out dated and broken down. We paid A lot of money to rent this property. We spent more time scared to use doors, toilets, and other things as everything kept breaking. The front screen door is falling about, the back scree. Door is broken. Both bathroom doors are broken, the toilet leaked. The list goes on! I am not a complainer hints why I am still giving a 3 star rating but man I expected a much nicer place for the amount of money we spent to rent it. Here's a suggestion send a really good handy man in to fix the little things, replace the ovens they are from the 70s also put a new cook top in as it only works when it wants to!

Hi Ricky, the right vacation home is everything, and we're disappointed if this wasn't the one for you. We followed up with the homeowner after reading your feedback, and they wanted to share the following:
- Unfortunately, your stay was booked immediately after a guest had caused damage to the storm door handle, which tore up the hydraulic closer.
- Most of the other issues with the home have been addressed.
- The ovens are older, but they work well.
- I have not had any other reported issues with the cooktop before.
- The last inspection of the property did not show any issues with the bathroom door, but the sliding glass door can be a challenge. It is often slammed shut, which can throw it out of line and damage the locking mechanism.
- We wish you had reached out during your stay with the issues you needed to be addressed. We would have done everything we could to resolve them immediately so that you could enjoy the home.
Thanks for taking the time to leave your review.
The rental price for one week was much more than my monthly mortgage payment but we didn't get the accommodations expected. The patio door didn't lock, the patio curtain rods were held up by nails and kept falling down and hitting us, the master bedroom sheets smelled like mildew so we couldn't sleep on them the first night because they had to be washed first, the couch cushions were super stained, the oven was super old, one of the dining room chairs was broken, sheets in second bedroom were stained and dirty so we had to change sheets the first night, and the toilet in master had a slow leak from the bottom of the tank that trickled on the ground and left the bathroom wetContacted the owner of all the issues, but basically we had to take care of these things ourselves. Wish we had known before committing to this.

Hi Kim, we want all of our guests to rest easy when they stay with us, and we're sorry that you experienced some issues during your trip. We followed up with the homeowners, who let us that, unfortunately, past guests have caused some damage this summer. They are sorry that this impacted your stay, and they have since fixed the leaking toilet tank and the dining room chairs. They will be visiting the property for a deep clean and inspection in August and hope to be able to repair the rest of the damages then. We appreciate your feedback and can assure you that all concerns will be addressed!
