Great condo
5/5 This was a great condo, clean and we enjoyed the very short walk to the beach. The grounds are also well taken care of here, overall it's a nice place in a great location.

5/5 Absolutely loved our stay at this condo in Florida! The place was immaculate, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities we needed. The location was perfect, close to the beach and great dining options. The host was incredibly responsive and helpful. Can't wait to come back!

2/5 The property is one a several buildings in the area and it was a little hard to find. The guest contact was helpful with finding the property, the right hallway and the room. There were 4 steps to complete to get to the room which was not apparent on the listing. You had to check in at the gate and show you reservation, drive to the building, code to get into the parking garage, code to get into the hallway, then another code for the door to the unit. It felt like way too much to do just to get to the unit.
At first glance, the room was clean, but after closer inspection it was pretty dirty. There were crumbs in the fridge, hair and dirt in the cracks between floor types and it felt unsanitary to us. The vanity was coming apart from the wall and moved when you touched it. There was a large armoire covering half of the thermostat and it was very hard to see. We did call the Guest Contact and complained about the state of the room, but it was never offered to send someone to clean.
It was not immediately apparent how to get to the beach access. It is a 4 minute walk as stated in the listing, but that is after you find your way out of the building and to the correct side to get to the access. So all-in-all it took about 10 minutes.
