5/5 Great condo to spend a week enjoying the Emerald Coast. Plenty of room for a family of four and more. 5 minute walk to the beach max. Awesome views from 5th floor!

We had a very nice stay at the Luau in Tower 1.
4/5 The condo was very nice and clean, beautiful view of the grounds/pool and there was also a view of the water! It was the most comfortable pull out sofa I've slept on! Loved that there was an additional 1/2 bath, which made it very nice with 3 of us staying at the condo. The unit was supplied with everything you would need. Directions and access to the Luau was extremally easy with plenty of parking. The pool was very big and clean, with plenty of available chairs and also had a Tiki Bar with refreshments and food. Lots to do and a very short walk to the beach! I would recommend this unit and would definitely stay again! K-

5/5 We really enjoyed our stay. It was clean, easy access to the beach and pools, the owners were very communicative and friendly. The only this is the air filters need to be changed for better air quality. Other than that we would book again! Thank you for a great time.

Great Stay!!!
5/5 Our recent trip to Miramar Beach was just wonderful! The condo we rented at the Luau fit our needs in every way. Easy access & parking! Convenient walk to the beach, fully stocked with cooking essentials & in suite laundry was a BIG bonus! The unit is just as pictured, nice and very clean! Quick responses from Juilo when we had any questions. It was just right for the two of us! Helpful hint, if you visit during the busy summer season, take your chairs and umbrellas and go claim your spot on the beach EARLY in the morning, I mean 6:30 a.m. early...if you want a good spot! The water & the beach is beautiful but there are a LOT of people! Certainly, a family-oriented location. :) Overall, our 4-night stay was excellent! I would highly recommend this listing and will be back for another visit.
