Great house for gathering with family, on a Beautiful property.Pros- Very big and spacious love how there was a room for everyone, including bathrooms. A great big table to eat at that included everyone. The pool was awesome. There’s seats inside the pool for a little bar area that I wasn’t aware of in the pictures that were icing on the cake. on top of that there was a flat top griddle grill that made it easy to feed a large family. Master bathroom and bedroom were great. We have an infant so the space was much needed.Con’s- beware of bugs, however you are in the country so thats to be expected. the rooms had a little musty smell, and the AC was a little wonky and one side of the house just felt like you couldn’t keep it cold in the kitchen dining room area. However, the back rooms did have their own personal AC so that is a perk. I also wish there was pool towels, or at least a heads up to bring your own. With that being said, we would definitely come back again because the stay was still overall a great experience. The owner kept in constant contact, which was great.

The property was absolutely perfect for our group. My husband and I got married about 15 mins down the road at a state park. The horse ranch was the most beautiful setting for our weekend away.
The house was fitting for our diverse group and was clean. We are already excited to book another stay in the future!
The host was responsive, respectful and helpful.
Highly recommend!!
This remodeled farmhouse in the middle of a working horse ranch was a perfect evening retreat from our scheduled events in bustling Gainesville and Ocala. The quietness of this rural setting along with the stables and horse pastures surrounding the house made for relaxing evenings just on the outskirts of the cities. The hot tub got a lot of use from us and certainly helped to wind down from our busy days. The farmhouse is rustic, but that only added to the charm of this property. If we visit this area again, we would enjoy staying here again.

Overall it was okay. This is a farmhouse in an isolated and quiet area. We arrived onto a working horse farm. It was not clear where the house was located and people just looked at us oddly without offer to help. There is no driveway up to house, you drive through the farm/grass. The farmhouse is simply finished and very rustic. It was livable clean, but not the cleanest in every corner - there were many dusty surfaces, rooms were damp because only half of the building had AC, cupboards were stuffed full with stored items, satellite internet is slow and phone reception weak...when we stripped the sheets off the beds, we were shocked - I wouldn't sleep in some of the beds again.
