5/5 Humberto was very great with instructions, communication, and accessibility. The place was super clean, smelled awesome, and was aesthetically nice! I loved the personal touch of the live flowers. The bed was super comfortable and we rested well. It did not have a balcony. We missed that detail in the description, but it was no biggie. Also, there were plenty of clean, fluffy towels, but no face towels. We used the medium sized ones, which were ultimately fine. Overall, GREAT stay! We would recommend and would stay again. Tiffany
