    The place is in a good location with lovely views. Check in was a nightmare. Couldn't check-in till 4 pm and then had to go to go from place to place and queue to do admin before getting access. We went to reception, then to car attendant then to customer service, and back to parking attendants office. Customer service took ages. And a reasonable queue. Took about an hour so didn't get access to unit till after 5 pm. They also ran out of wristbands we were charged for and told to come back next day. Still none. You need wristbands to move around property to tricky managing with 2 when 4 people who might want to go to gym, it pool, or walk etc. Was tricky for us. Unit is dated but very clean and kitchen well stocked. View is lovely. For us it was out most expensive accommodation we have ever paid. We thought pricing was in AUD as from Australia and anytime we have used homeaway it had been AUD. But we were charged USD which was a huge huge shock. Just a warning. I will follow this up at home but doubt we will be able to do anything.

  • Nice unit but not an area for a relaxing vacation

    Very nice, well equipped and spaciius unit. Beautiful view. Owner very gracious. No complaints at all. Just didn't care for the area. Too busy and not much to do in immediate area. Parking was difficult. Should have done more research before staying in that part of Miami.
