3/5 The home is sufficient but in need of some attention. The master bath door does not close, which is an issue since there are only 2 baths for 4 bedrooms. Lots of plugs do not work either. Just minor maintenance issues that would have made a huge difference in our stay

Room for eight people and four cars in nice neighborhood within walking distance of restaurants.
5/5 Location was close to Miami airport, but noise was not a problem. We enjoyed the swimming pool and grilling steaks in the fenced back yard. Host was helpful. Our family had a nice week there after our grandson graduated at Univ of M.

Not as expected
2/5 The house is in need of some serious TLC, ie: bathroom door doesn't close, therefore no privacy. AC vents are dirty. Curtains and blinds are dirty throughout. The pool was dirty and without filter. Hallway bathroom tub liner is dirty. House smells like mildew. Some
