Could not get in!
1/5 This location did not feel or look safe. As we were approaching the location on the small street two cars chasing each other flew past. We tried to hurry and get in but the code would not work. Tried to call the contact several times with no response, tried email as well. Contacted booking.com and received a refund. They also could not reach the owner. This was a terrible experience

From the Owner: "My apologies for your experience.
The Host was there, and this did not happen. From my observation and view, you and another drove by slowly and looked. There was eye contact, and now it's confirmed it was you.
There is no record of crime, and I can't confirm fast cars, but no camera footage was detected. It's a quiet neighborhood.
Since keyless entries may fail at any time, a lock box with the same code was also installed, and other guests had no problems.
Because more spam calls come through daily, most guests leave a text and an email as well when they communicate.
If you had spoken to the person there or used the secondary keypad mounted parallel to the door handle, your issue would have been resolved.
You would have had more comfort and amenities than are in the photos, like a hot tub jacuzzi spa, a pool table, and more.
