1/5 Hotel 1 is a fantastic property. Beautiful & luxurious in every way. Evolve, however, which purports to rent personal residences at Hotel 1 is a terrible operation. They canceled our reservation without notice shortly before our arrival, left us scrambling to find a replacement on our own, and were of ZERO assistance. Evolve should be banned from VRBO. PS: if I had canceled my reservation at that late date I would’ve forfeited 90 to 100% of the full rental price—about $4,000. Why is Evolve allowed to do this to a renter with ZERO financial liability?
