  Property was clean and in a very safe neighborhood. Area around pool could use some TLC but rwst of house was wonderful. Really enjoyed screened in room at back of home.

• Great quiet neighborhood

  Beautiful cozy home with everything you need. Perfect for our 2 dogs with the fenced in yard. Just minutes away from everything. My only complaint is that yhe pool filter wasn't working but, hey, I still layed on my float for 4 hour's!

• Never rent Evolve properties. Could not use pool.

  VRBO properties using Evolve to handle payment is a poor process. VRBO is not being transparent in their pricing upfront prior to booking. The two do not communicate. The entrance code was inaccurate. The property host said it had been changed recently. The pool was dirty. The pool person showed up the same time we arrived and could not get the pump/filter to work. He said he would try to come back the next afternoon. He did not show. Property manager notified. There is no grill nor blow dryer. The Blackstone griddle was left dirty and uncovered. The outside chairs were broken and piled up on the side of the house. The inside of the house had nice finishes and was clean other than unwashed throw rugs throughout house.

  Hi Tammy, we’re glad you enjoyed the interior of the property, but we’re sorry to hear about the inconveniences you encountered during your stay. After reviewing your feedback with the homeowner, they wanted to provide the following response:
  
  -The pool pump did unfortunately break during your stay, and it was replaced the day after your departure. We apologize for the timing and any disruption this may have caused.
  
  -Although there is seating on the porch, "pool chairs" are not a standard amenity at the property. These may have been left by a previous guest, so we’ll be checking to ensure all outdoor furniture is in good condition and suitable for guest use.
  
  -A blow dryer is typically provided for guest convenience, and we’ll promptly check to ensure it’s available and in good working condition. If a replacement is necessary, we’ll have it ready for future stays to enhance guest comfort.
  
  Thank you for bringing these matters to our attention. We value your feedback and hope to provide a smoother experience should you choose to stay with us again in the future.

• Quick bday trip

  My husband’s birthday. It was very nice to be able to take our dogs with us. We enjoyed the beach, watching sunsets hanging out by the pool and eating good food. This house was perfect. We plan to come back! Great last minute bday trip!!
