Had a great weekend. Great home and convenient location close to the beach😎
Loved the open floor plan and back porch overlooking the pool. The house had everything and more that we needed. The beds were firmer than we are used to, but that was just our preference. Everything was new.

Good visit and location. Took mother in law to shell island for some r&r on the boat. Had everything we needed including for the little dogs, can’t seem to go anywhere anymore without them. Nice private neighborhood with a nice driveway to park and clean the boat. Short visit, will stay longer next time.

The house appears recently remodeled. Everything is in great shape, which is typically not the case with other beach houses we have rented. My wife and daughter really enjoyed the pool. We made s'mores in the fire pit. The dog roamed the backyard. I made bacon and French toast for breakfast. Wow, it had been a long time since we had taken a vacation at Mexico Beach.
The house was nice, but one of the main selling points was the jetted bathtub which we were unable to use. The stopper would not work and the jets blew out discolored water. When we contacted the manager (our first night) we were told it would be fixed ASAP, but was never addressed. Also, we enjoyed the pool but it definitely needs some maintenance. Overall a nice house but it needs some improvements for the price.
