Great July 4th
5/5 Booked this condo last minute for July 4th and it turned out to be a great spot. Quick walk to the beach and a few food options and right off the main road. Can see the ocean from the condo. Just make sure you are ok with lots of steps. Great for a couple, small family or small group of friends. 2 queen beds, 1.5 baths. Outdoor shower and some beach equipment available for use. Would book this spot again.

Beach time with grands
5/5 Nice place.. easy walk to beach. Enjoyed the balconies. The round table in kitchen was great for board games. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Relaxing at Mexico Beach
4/5 We enjoyed the beach, location of property in reference to places to eat and shop. The view from the upper balcony was great. The view from the lower one not as good. There's a building in front so it inhibits a large part of the view. The stairs inside get tiring but I understand the necessity. Anyone with limited mobility could not walk those stairs. My biggest complaint was the TV viewing. I had never used this particular system so it would have been nice to have some info. Also the sofa was not comfortable at all.
