Merritt family vacation
4/5 Joey, the property owner, was very responsive and quick to respond to any questions asked and places to visit along with a black binder that gave restaurants activities around the area and detail to whats around the property which was amazing. I would say for us, the downfalls would be limited cooking supplies for what we usually prepare for our meals, such as large bowls, pizza cutter, small bowls and extra dish clothes and bath towels. The pool wasn't heated which was a downfall for us but also it wasn't advertised as being heated so we knew this. But overall, if you plan on eating out mostly and don't care about cooking at the place too much, this is a quiet and nice place with “Joey” being a sweet property owner and super helpful. Thanks for the stay and great memories made!!!

Clean, comfortable stay
5/5 Stayed here for a quick family getaway. The home was clean and comfortable with plenty of space for our extended family to spread out. The pool area was nice (heated pool would have been even better) and the neighborhood was quiet and felt very safe. Easy driving distance to Disney for the kids and plenty to do in the immediate area. Overall great stay!

Spacious and clean!
5/5 With four bedrooms and two different living areas in addition to the outside lanai there was plenty of space for us to spread out as a family of 5 adults.
If you stay don’t forget to walk down the path next-door to the house to see the gazebo and the lake. We saw large turtles!
Convenient to Melbourne and Merritt and Cocoa, with only an hour to the Orlando airport, this was perfect for us over a busy holiday vacation.
We were even able to see the SpaceX launch from the driveway and the pool!
Thanksgiving Getaway
5/5 The home is beautiful and it was well stocked with those kinds of items you really do not want to buy for a few days. Loved the master bedroom with jacuzzi style tub.
Owner was very available to answer any questions or concerns- some suggestions : a lamp in one of the queen bedrooms - and perhaps a knife set for food prep would have been helpful- but this is a relatively new listing so we understand that these things come with time- and let's face it not too many people go on vacation and cook an entire Thanksgiving meal- but we pulled it off in otherwise great kitchen to work in- layout fabulous- and pool rafts tubes were great to have including an electric pump! All in all a great house to rent- perfect family house- great location and seemed brand new! Highly recommend!
