Great Stay
5/5 The Merritt Island house was great for our family of 5. Plenty of room. We enjoyed coffee on the back porch. From the boat dock we saw dolphins in the river. We enjoyed the KSC and the nearby parks.

5/5 Stayed 5 days with fishing buddies. Close to Port Canaveral, fishing and restaurants. Beautiful older canal home in Merritt Island, quiet neighborhood, walker friendly. Great screened in porch on canal side to socialize, watch your fishing pole or just take a nap.

Great location and accommodations
5/5 It’s an older home but well maintained, clean and comfortable. We especially enjoyed the dock in the back where we saw birds, a manatee and dolphins in the distance. The owner was accessible and responsive to the few questions we had. Very satisfied.

A great home away from home
5/5 Our family had the best time at this property. We spent time together fishing from the dock, cooking meals together and borrowing the beach gear for a fun day at the beach. There was plenty of room for the 7 of us! Will definitely be back if we need a place to stay on the Space Coast.
PS - our host, Robert, was great. He checked in on us several times to make sure we were enjoying ourselves.
