    Quick transaction. Heather was responsive to all inquiry. The property was immaculate. Every one in the family gave a thumbs up for the place, even our dog had a big smile on his face when he step into the property. Ample space to move around; comfortable bed. The view of the orchard and the pond is amazing. Most specially , the view of the sunset from the dock is breathtaking. 40 mins from Kennedy Space Center and about 1.5 hours to Disney World. Our family had a wonderful time and would definitely come back.

  • Absolute Heaven

    What a beautiful gift ~ a tropical paradise! The house was immaculate and one of our kids said as we walked in “I love how this place really feels like home” :) Our children played for hours in the pool, fished (caught 3 delicious red fish!), wandered through the fruit orchard enjoying the Florida wildlife, and relaxed on the hammock in the lotus pond. The lovely owner, Lou, couldn’t have been more hospitable as he gave us a guided tour of all the fruit trees and showed us around the new renovations to the site. We spent most sunrises & sunsets on the dock swing watching dolphins, manatees, and sting rays swimming around and listening to the songs of so many varieties of Florida birds. This wasn’t our first stay here at the River House and it most certainly will not be our last!

    Thank you so much ~ we really look forward to our next stay with you!
