  I have never written a bad review but must provide honest feedback with this experience. Unfortunately, the AC in the main part of the home broke down halfway through our stay and did not get fixed prior to our departure. This made for a very uncomfortable stay in this home, making all the common living areas, including kitchen, dining, plus a bedroom unbearable. Most concerning was the lack of accountability or concern from the owner who did not offer any alternate cooling options with portable AC units or meaningful solutions, other than simply communicating it would not be fixed until after we departed.

  From the owner: "We take guest concerns seriously and would like to provide some context regarding this stay. The property met all advertised conditions upon check-in. On the third day of the visit, one of three A/C units was affected by a storm; however, the remaining units, including all bedrooms, continued to operate, and indoor temperatures remained comfortable. A technician was dispatched the same day, a replacement A/C was purchased and installed shortly thereafter to ensure continued comfort.
  
  To further support the guest’s stay, a goodwill refund was issued (10% of the value of the reservation), even though there was no contractual obligation to do so. The rental agreement includes a Force Majeure clause, which covers unexpected events beyond anyone’s control, such as severe weather. In this case, a storm affected one of the A/C units, but the property remained safe and comfortable, and we took immediate steps to address the situation. Unfortunately, the guest demanded an additional 80% discount, a proposition that the owner couldn't accommodate, resulting in a damaging 1-star review by the guest.
  
  While the guest raised unsubstantiated (Proof of temperatures were never provided) concerns regarding their stay, the issue was entirely outside the owner’s control. We promptly addressed the situation and took steps to ensure the guest’s comfort during their visit. The guest completed their stay, and we believe the subsequent review does not fully reflect the care and attention provided."

  We had an incredible stay at this beach house! The place was spotless, beautifully kept, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The pool was absolutely perfect — we spent just as much time enjoying it as we did the nearby beach. The kitchen and grill setup made cooking and hanging out super easy, and there was plenty of space for everyone to be comfortable. You can tell the owners take great care of the property. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a place to unwind and enjoy the Florida coast!

  Description of this property is spot on. Absolutely gorgeous inside and out. Clean and all the comforts you would want. Bedrooms were amazing and each one having there own bathroom was great. The pool was the highlight and being screened in you didn't have to deal with bugs especially at nite. Just steps to the beach. It seemed like our own private beach as we didn't see anyone for blocks for the week we were there. Would definitely rent again.
