5/5 Property was clean, great location between Navarre and Fort Walton. Check in was easy. Great neighbors. Clean pool. Great tv and bedroom lounge area for children. Quiet neighborhood. Close to shopping, beaches and restaurant. Try the pink coyote ice cream shop!

Enjoyed our stay
4/5 The house is in good shape and has everything needed. We loved sitting out on the balcony in the mornings enjoying nature.We loved the availability of the kayaks. They were in good shape. We met someone from the housing association who was very kind and gave permission to park the truck near where we could put in the kayaks.The decor is nice with plenty of bedding and pillows. Our only complaint was the mattresses on the queen sized beds. If you like a very firm bed, they're probably fine. We ended up using the mattresses on the bunks which were more comfortable for us.Thanks for a great vacation.
