5/5 Great stay! Amazing pool!

5/5 This is a cute place. Out of the way from everything but a short drive to and from where you need to go. The beds are metal frame so they are noisy when you move, if you're a light sleeper that may bother you. Other than that the place is pretty great. The kitchen is stocked with what you need to eat/make meals and we really appreciated the home having plenty of towels.

Nice location, very quiet
5/5 We were never in this area before so I was nervous when booking! The townhome is recently renovated and still smells like fresh paint, but overall looks almost like the photos. The rooms are a bit smaller in real life and bathroom could be cleaned a bit more thoroughly but no big deal. The pool wasn't really clean when we were there but I figured that was more of the whole apartment complex problem plus we had some heavy rain. It's about 10-15 minutes to the beaches, restaurants and some attractions. Kim who was my contact was prompt and Evolve reached out a few days before to check in which is nice. We didn't need anything extra and the bed was comfy enough. I'd recommend this place to anyone that comes in a small group, prefer to stay somewhere private and quiet, far from the touristy areas.
