  Although the space is a little outdated, it feels literally like you are visiting a family member. Amazing location, fantastic, pool, and the house is so cozy. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and the host was literally at your fingertips if you needed. I would give this place 10 stars just because it felt like a home away from home.

• Filthy dirty

  Arrived to a completely filthy house that was absolutely disgusting. It obviously had not been cleaned in quite a while. Garbage under one of the beds, grimy film on everything, dead cockroachs, bloody pad in waste basket, etc.

  All furniture was so dirty we never did sit on it, lanai was flooded, pool furniture broke when we sat on it and we weigh just over 100 lbs. Hot water faucet did not function and had to call to get it fixed, twice!

  If this owner is paying for cleaning they are getting ripped off.

  This property should not be rented at all in our opinion, our vacation was ruined because of the state of this property. It certainly should not be considered a premier host property in our opinion.

  Owner's mailbox was full and she could not be reached. Fortunately we were not hurt when furniture broke, this property needs a lot of work just to be rentable in our opinion. We certainly would never rent here again.

  -While we take cleanliness seriously and have a cleaning process in place, we understand your disappointment with the condition of the house upon your arrival. The owner requested evidence or photos of the issues to address them promptly. However, it seems that this information was not provided. Our cleaning team typically sends photos after each cleaning session to ensure that the property meets the required standards. In response to your concerns, the owner offered a free cleaning to rectify any issues, but unfortunately, this offer was declined.
  -We acknowledge the inconvenience you experienced with the hot water faucet, and we sincerely apologize for any disruption this caused to your stay. The owner promptly arranged for the necessary repairs, addressing the matter twice to ensure a satisfactory resolution.
  -Regarding your request for compensation, the owner has made every effort to accommodate and address the issues raised. They refunded the cleaning fee as a gesture of goodwill. However, we regret that the proposed solutions were not satisfactory to you.
  -It's important to note that, in addition to the reported concerns, porch chairs were broken during your stay, and there were repeated issues with the water knob in the sink. The owner has been proactive in fixing these problems and compensating for any inconvenience caused.

• Nice home close to the ocean!

  Comfortable beds with a full bath and shower. Pet friendly which is great for the pup! Nice closed in fence. Great pool with a cool table down in the water. Manager/ owner easy to communicate with and entry and exit with at ease! Well worth the money to just get away and be at peace! 3 mins to Walmart about 10 mins. To the beach, can not be any better than that!
