4/5 We had a great stay overall. The location was very convenient, with plenty of restaurants and grocery stores nearby, which made getting around and finding what we needed very easy.
The house itself was very clean, which we really appreciated. That said, it could benefit from some updating in certain areas. The kitchen was functional, but if you plan to do much cooking, it could use a few more basic cooking items and supplies.
There is a small pool located along the side of the house. While it may be a nice feature for some, we didn’t end up using it during our stay.
The host was very friendly, responsive, and quick to answer any questions or help when needed, which made the experience smoother.
One thing to note is that the beach is not within walking distance, so you’ll need to drive. There are beach items available in the garage, but they could use some organizing and cleaning.
Overall, it was a good stay with a great location and a helpful host, with a few areas that could be improved.

3/5 Our checkin time was 4pm, and we arrived at 6. However the door code did not work nor did the property owner respond to texts or calls. The owner did not contact us until after midnight to let us know that he JUST THEN set the code. He didn't apologize or anything. We had to find a motel for the night because we were stranded 8 hours away from home with nowhere to go. I atill have yet to receive a reimbursement for our motel stay and first night's stay. The house is beautiful and has all the amenities you could need, but this experience left a sour taste and I do not recommend booking this house.

5/5 House was great, plenty of room for all of us. My only complaint is there were tiny ants in the kitchen and noticed them in one of the upstairs bathrooms. They were on everything in the kitchen, on the island. Did notice there were ant baits under the kitchen sink and in the garage. Also, although not a huge problem for us, i was under the impression that you could walk out to the dock to see the canal.You could only see a small area of it from the top deck, everything was blocked off and could not walk out to the canal on the dock. Pool was a little on the small side, but it was ok for our family. Overall, we loved our stay!
