  Clean. Easy to get in and combo lock was great so we didnt have to deal with keys. Location near stuff. The walk to the beach was a bit but that was communicated so not a surprise. There were beach towels, chairs, coolers to borrow which was nice. Overall great stay. No complaints!

  We were disappointed with the condo rental . The kitchen had ants, quality wasn’t great . There is too much big furniture in the rental not allowing a lot of space to move around. We couldn’t use the balcony because of all the furniture. It was way too crowded. It wasn’t I expected and was happy to leave . Our group of 4 adults and 2 babies was too large for the accommodations . The ants were a big turn off.

  Regarding the furniture layout, we use local professional photographers to accurately represent the property in our listings. We are confident that the features you saw in the photos are a true reflection of the property. Any changes made, such as a small bench for increased seating on the lanai, were intended to enhance the guest experience based on previous positive feedback.
  
  In environments like Florida, insect exposure can be higher than average. We have been taking steps on an ongoing basis to mitigate insects via regular treatment from a local professional firm contracted by our association. We regret any inconvenience caused by the presence of ants. We would have promptly addressed the ghost ant situation if we had been notified during your stay. We encourage guests to communicate with us during their stay so that we can promptly resolve any issues.

  This condo exceeded our expectations. It was perfect for the 2 of us, with plenty of room for the couple who spent 2 nights. The kitchen was well stocked, and had not only a coffee maker, but a Keurig. There were plenty of bath and beach towels, and several beach chairs, coolers and beach toys. The location is close to the beach, restaurants and shopping. I look forward to a return trip.

• Wonderful week on Marco Island

  This condo exceeded our expectations. It is in a great location, close to the beach, some shopping and restaurants. It was very clean, and a great size for the 2 of us and the couple who spent 2 nights with us. It has an abundance of bath and beach towels, and the kitchen is fully stocked and has both a coffee maker and Keurig. It has plenty of beach chairs, as well as coolers and a wagon to take to the beach. I highly recommend this condo and hope to return.

• Relaxing stay

  Condo is in perfect location to beach and local restaurants. The place was clean and very comfortable. Would definitely stay here again. We also enjoyed the pool, hot tub and Pickleball court. Thanks for giving us the opportunity to spend a great month here.
