Nestled on the North end of Marco Island, this vacation rental is less than 1,000 yards from the base of the bridge. Due to its convienent parking, coming and going during the busy months is a breeze! But why drive when you can walk? You’ll find grocery stores, restaurants, shops, and a golf course within walking distance.
Take out the 2 beach cruisers and journey over to the beach, which can be reached within 2 miles. You can spend all day riding the waves, working on your tan, or reading a gripping book.
There’s so much activity to explore. Fishing, boating, jet skiing, kayaking, scuba diving, and parasailing are all fun excursions Marco Island has to offer.

Our Marco Island stay
4/5 We were on Marco Island for a ‘cousins week-end' . We basically used this rental for extra sleeping room. The house was very clean and the beds were comfortable. The decor is a bit dated but the house suited our needs.

Prima vakantiehuisje
4/5 Met 4 volwassenen een goed verblijf gehad in dit huis. Tevoren hadden we wel graag geweten dat de woning aan de zeer drukke doorgaande weg ligt. Er zijn 6 slaapplaatsen in t huis en wij vonden het geschikt voor 4 volwassenen en bijv. 2 kinderen. We hadden een probleem met de airco. Het was en bleef 29 graden in huis. Na email contact met de eigenaar werd dit in 1 dag verholpen. Het enige nadeel van deze woning was het feit dat we niet buiten konden zitten vanwege de muggen. Vrijwel alle woningen in de omgeving hebben een veranda omgeven met horgaas. Onze woning helaas niet. Aanrader voor t strand: Tigertailbeach. Dichtbij parkeren, strandbedjes en zonnescherm te huur en strandrestaurantje.

Translated from Dutch: With 4 adults had a good stay in this house. We would have liked to know in advance that the house is on the very busy main road. There are 6 sleeping places in the house and we found it suitable for 4 adults and 2 children for example. We had a problem with the air conditioning. It was and remained 29 degrees in the house. After email contact with the owner this was remedied in 1 day. The only drawback of this property was the fact that we could not sit outside because of the mosquitoes. Almost all houses in the area have a veranda surrounded by mesh. Our home unfortunately not. Recommended for the beach: Tigertail beach. Close to parking, beach beds and awning for rent and beach restaurant.
The home was very nice, clean, comfy and Andy was so nice to let us in extra early. Exceptional!
5/5 Andy's house was so close to Goodland Marina where we had booked 3 shelling tours in 2 days. It was so central to all restaurants and the beaches too. We loved the fact that each of us had our own bedroom. It was the perfect setup, location and the price was great. We would love to rent from Andy again. Thank you for helping to make our vacation so comfortable and memorable?
