  • Our stay !

    My Wife , Helen and I, had a great time staying at the house April 12 - through the April 19 2023. The only lie we were told there was NO garage and NO parking for a bigger car or Truck which we have. Let alone a second vehicle. If we had a friend come with us, like we had had planed than WOW, WE WOULD HAVE HAD PROBLEMS !!!! If it was not for the great neighbors I would have had no place to put my truck. Be warned Bring

    a small car to this place and I MEAN SMALL then every thing will be fine. Would we stay there again ?? Our only Vehicle is a truck and I love it. As long as the neighbors stay there than yes.

    Hi Helen, we apologize that you experienced anything unexpected or challenging during your trip, as we want all our guests to rest easy when staying with us. We followed up with the homeowner after reading your feedback, and they wanted to share the following:

    "We are glad to hear that you had a great stay at our home, but apologize for any confusion experienced regarding parking at the house. The property description available in our listing is accurate, it states “Parking: Gravel driveway (1 vehicle)." However, thank you for bringing it to our attention that the check-in instructions you received from our booking company contained guidance on where to park which stated “Parking: 1 vehicle can be parked in the garage”. This was an error in their wording that we immediately corrected with Evolve. It's never our intention for guests to feel misled or deceived. In this case, it was an error between the verbiage on my Listing vs the verbiage in the Welcome Packet forwarded by my booking company.

    To clarify, guests with small, medium, or large vehicles can parallel park in front of the property in the long gravel driveway. If in doubt, the gravel driveway is 8 feet 8 inches wide, and 26 feet 7 inches long. Vehicles wider than 8 ft 8 in, or parallel parked more loosely within the gravel driveway, are permitted to have 2 tires on one side of the vehicle parked in the street. This is acceptable, as long as it does not cause the vehicle to extend so far into the road as to obstruct the road from other vehicles being able to pass by. Guests with extra large vehicles, or guests with multiple vehicles, are encouraged to take advantage of the additional parking space available along the open-space grassy lot on the same street as the property. We ask guests to please refrain from parking under the stilted house across the street, or requesting any neighbors for use of their parking space, as this is a peaceful local neighborhood and we don’t want to disturb anyone unnecessarily. We invite guests before or during their stay to please feel free to contact us with any questions or concerns they may have. It is our pleasure to assist in any way that we can.   • Great time at Siren Song

    Siren Song is perfect for two people. There's a large wrap-around porch for dining, reading or playing games. We were able to bike to the beach, grocery store and restaurants. The manager and owner were very nice & easy to work with.

    My husband and I absolutely loved our stay in your beautiful home. It was super clean and the furnishings were very comfortable and tastefully done. Loved your wrap around lanai with all the pretty plants-very peaceful. You really put a lot of thought into it. Perfect location and close to restaurants and sites. We look forward to another visit in the future. You were a great host!
