This was a very clean rental which is really important to me. The view of the gulf was really beautiful even looking from across the street. The AC worked well and furniture was comfortable. The access area to the beach is a nice one. Not very busy and literally just across the street. The location is great with access to Seminole and Pinellas Park areas and a short walk or drive to John's Pass. The downsides were mostly due to recovery from Hurricane damage. A repair guy's trailer was in the parking spot so I had to park in the alley behind the building. A minor inconvenience. Also the bathroom was a little cramped. Very nice condo. Beautiful beach themed decorations. Complex is still recovering from recent hurricane but our unit was fully restored.

Very cute decor and direct access to the beach which was so nice. We couldn’t ever get the main room tv to work but didn’t try that hard or ask management- we just used the chromecast on the tv in the bedroom and that worked just fine.
