1 Mi to Beach: Charming Largo Home w/ Private Pool

  Pool:

  When we arrived the pool was in poor condition, bottom and sides of the pool were covered in algae. They called the pool company and we had to wait three days to use it. Don't worry they will give you a refund for that, $46 almost laughable when you think about how much you are paying. Even though I was told that the heating fee and part of my stay will be refunded. That didn't happen. The pool was one of the main reasons we rented this home. My kids did not want to swim in it even after it was cleaned. They finally did but would not put their heads under water. The algae returned two days later.

  Why would you pressure someone into paying for the pool to be heated by stating they need 48 hours advanced notice in order to heat the pool but the property manager cannot tell me the current temp of the pool so that I can make a decision if I should pay $350. Can I not make that decision when I get there with the warning the pool may take a couple of days to get up to temp. FYI, I paid the $350 and the algae filled pool did not require the heater during our stay. Also, why am I sending a Venmo directly to the property mangers personal account, seems weird.

  House:

  The house was in good shape. That might be the noisiest bed I have ever been in. If I or my wife rolled over in the master bedroom it would wake the other up, unreal. I should have recorded it. I don't want to make this sound all bad. They have a cute home and the location is amazing. Less than 5 minutes from the beach.

  Evolve is hurting them. I didn't list out all the broken promises the Evolve team made to me. I would bet the property manager never walks the home. They need to be fired or make some major changes.

  Five out of five! The house is gorgeous, updated, and fully stocked with everything needed for meals at home. The pool and outside area are welcoming with adequate seating for large families. Will look to book this home again!

  The house was located in a quiet and great location not very far from Indian Rocks Beach and other great places. The pool was wonderful and very clean as well. Great communication with the property management team as well. The only thing that I'd say wasn't the best was the cleaning crew. The air vents have layers of thick caked on dust and the hanging light fixtures had the same along with cobwebs. But aside from that great experience and would definitely stay here again!

  Well appointed for daily beach goers. Very nice chairs and umbrellas. Inside was very nice. Pool outback and overall location is convenient.
