3/5 It was enjoyable, however it was dirty upon arrival just little things like hair in the shower, pool dirty, etc.. The bed in the master bedroom was broke the outlet on the side of the room with the window did not work at all. The water only got lukewarm could not adjust the thermostat. We remained hot the entire trip. The pool filter lid was broke. There was a camera in one of the rooms which made us slightly uncomfortable. The backyard was not like the pictures portrayed at all the Playhouse the steps were broken. There was no shade like in the pictures. However the pool was still enjoyable after a long day at the beach, and the neighborhood was very nice and welcoming.
