• Wonderful Time

  We thoroughly enjoyed our time at this property. The location was perfect for our trip - plenty of fishing and shopping. Not to mention that we got to sample good food both in Fort Pierce and Vero Beach. Travel to and from these places was easy.

  The best part of this location is that once you get to the home after a day of city craziness, it is quiet and relaxing. We really enjoyed having the screened lanai and pool.

  Our property manager, Lee, was very easy to contact, though we had no complaints or issues, we felt sure that had we needed anything at all, Lee would be on it for us.

  We will be back and highly recommend this property.

• Very buggy home!

  This home and pool were great, however the supplies in the home were extremely minimal. We did no have any extra paper towels, trash bags or coffee.

  While I know some of these things are not required to stock, most of the VRBOS I have stayed at accommodate these items. Also hardly any pool toys or floats.

  The home had numerous roaches in it.

  They had roach repellant plug ins all over but roaches were found in the sink, oven and various spots in kitchen cabinets and floors.

  - We take claims like this seriously and apologize for the issues you experienced during your stay. We do have ongoing pest control that manages and protects the home from these issues. We will share your feedback with our pest management team. Thank you for sharing your valuable feedback with us.
  - We have also talked with our cleaning crew to ensure this issue does not recur for future travelers. We wish you had reached out to us during your stay.
  - We would've been more than happy to send our cleaning crew to address your concerns and make your stay more comfortable.
  - It’s standard at vacation rentals for the homeowner to provide a starter supply of essentials for guests’ convenience. Guests may have to purchase additional supplies, especially for longer stays or larger groups. Thank you for understanding.
  - Generic products may also be offered at times to accommodate all guest comfort and preferences. We apologize if the products provided did not fit your needs.
  - We did provide two rolls of paper towels, two spare trash bags in the trash can and I also left a small box of trash bags in the pantry. Also, there should have been extra coffee in the pantry.
  - While we do regret our home was not up to your expectations, we are happy to share that no issues were reported by our most recent guests.
  - We truly go above and beyond for our guests and are confident that future guests will have a wonderful stay. Thanks for letting us know about your experience!
