  This was the worst stay ever felt uncomfortable and rights violated. We Understand cameras on the outside but any private enclosed area should not have a camera. Who wants to walk out bedroom in your pajamas with a camera looking right at you. When you leave the master bedroom door there is screen area connected to bedroom and there is a camera and is not in any one of the pictures that is posted on the site. Also the smart fridge has a camera and we heard someone talking from it twice. Contacted host contact person and was told he would reach out to host about my concerns and call me back I was never called back on the issue. Reached out to VRBO they told me that the host was in breach of the contract that they didn’t know about camera only the 4 outside cameras that was listed but not the 5th. They told me that I would be refunded for the stay and that they would move to another hotel at no cost. But that was a lie they only paid for one night and I had to come out of my pocket for the remainder of our vacation and had to cut it short due to having already paid for 9night at that house and only stayed 3nights there. This is beyond unacceptable and will be looking into legal actions if this is not rectified in some sort of way. The host when we was packing up the car at night turn off all the outside lights so we couldn’t see to pack our car. We took video footage of everything.

  - All exterior cameras, including the one on the screened porch entry, are disclosed in the listing and are strictly for security and verifying check-in.
  - The smart refrigerator features built-in apps for music and TV, but it does not have any function that allows the owners to communicate with or listen to guests.
  - The exterior lights are motion-activated for security, and the owners do not have remote access to them, nor did they have any knowledge of your nighttime departure.
  - Access to the home is managed via a Nest thermostat and a keyless entry system to ensure guest comfort and a seamless check-in process.
