Based on our understanding, the homeowners went out of their way to accommodate your stay by promptly responding and dispatching their property manager to the home. The owners have confirmed there is no issue with the keyless entry or the code given to you before check-in and feel they did everything they could do to make things right despite circumstances that were out of their control.
