    There was no heat and it went down to 32 degrees. Not a spare blanket. No dresser or drawers to put clothes in. No light in one room for 5 days; no local stations on TV, only streaming services. She finally got an antennae after 5 days. No hot water, whatsoever, in bath sink. Shower & kitchen was ok. The one window that could open, had a broken crank. The rest of the windows were covered with a film so you couldn't see trees or anything outside, only the 4 walls. There was no can opener until I complained about that. The patio grounds were totally neglected. All the plants were half dead. I wanted to leave after a week, I'd had enough, but they wouldn't refund me. I feel I should be compensated for this very poor quality & neglected property.
