  I will say that the positives are the location to town square, access to the golf cart to experience the lifestyle was a lot of fun! Also a great place for walking. The house was fully equipped with everything you’d need. The negatives were, the carpets are in desperate need of removal. Luxury vinyl would be nice! The primary mattress should definitely be replaced!! Lastly the home had to many personal decor and things.

  Overall experience was good! We enjoyed the location to the town square and shops. We loved having access to the golf cart so it made us fully enjoy the lifestyle. Also a great area for walking.

  The home was fully equipped with everything you need! The one back porch was a nice area. Going up 41 now.

  A couple negatives were that carpet needs to be replaced along with the primary mattress!

• Clean, comfortable, convenient

  Home was a newer home among older homes in the “historic” section of The Villages. It was as described in the listing. Nothing fancy, but clean and convenient to shopping, restaurants and Spanish Springs Square. We enjoyed the quick cart ride to the square for nightly entertainment. Evolve was very responsive with great communication. I would highly recommend this property.
