• Wonderful stay at this vacation rental

  We had a wonderful stay at this vacation rental. The location was perfect, being so close to Disney World, which made our trip incredibly convenient. The house was spotless and well-stocked with everything we needed for a comfortable weekend getaway. We especially loved the beautiful enclosed backyard, offering a relaxing space to unwind. The ping pong table and board games provided plenty of entertainment for everyone. We had such a wonderful time that we’re already planning our next visit and are excited to bring our dog with us, as the property has a fenced in yard. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a comfortable, well-located stay!

• Locked out for over two hours first night. There were two locks on the door and the owner did not have any key for the second lock which had gotten locked.

  Furniture did not match what was advertised. The last night after dark, someone knocked on the door aggressively for 15 minutes. After calling 911, I opened the door once law enforcement was on site to learn the owners decided to come to the house to apologize for the lack of safety on my first night of being locked out. They said Evolve gave them my phone number to call and apologize but instead they decided to come and knock after dark! As if this would make me feel safer!

  The last thing on mind my all week was that the furniture did not match the that was advertised, but it didn’t. My experience was horrific based on lack of safety and boundaries.

  Upon trying to enter the property the first night when I was locked out, it was found that several windows were unlocked including one facing the street.

  I highly suggest staying away from this option. Safety is number one and appropriate boundaries are a must. I do not care how old school you are in liking person to person conversations, knocking unannounced on a door after dark is a no, no. In any decade or culture.

  We’re very sorry for the difficulties you experienced with the door on your first day. To clarify, the property has a new lock with a code that was provided specifically for your stay. The second lock underneath the main knob is operated from the inside only, and does not use a key. This is the reason you were not provided with a key. Unfortunately, when you locked the door from the inside and left, it could not be reopened, which led to the initial access issue. We have since removed that internal lock component and replaced it with a handle to prevent this from happening in the future. A local contact was available to assist you and was able to resolve the situation promptly. Safety is our top priority, and we regret any inconvenience this situation caused during your stay.
