• Filthy house. Pool not usable.

  Floors Sticky. Hair all over bathrooms. Poolwater too hot to swim in. Mattress covers and pillows were discusting. They also require you to strip the beds down before you leave. They are very unprofessional. You can tell the owners are cheap.

  - Sticky floors: We understand the inconvenience caused by the sticky floors. Our house temperature is set to 74 degrees between stays, which can sometimes lead to increased humidity and sticky floors. Rest assured, we diligently mop the floors between each guest stay and will adjust the thermostat to maintain a more comfortable indoor environment.
  - Hair in bathrooms: We've addressed this concern with our cleaning company and are committed to improving the cleanliness of our bathrooms.
  - Pool water temperature: While guests can request a heated pool set to 85 degrees, we experienced some issues with our heater causing the water temperature to exceed this. Our pool service company has resolved the problem by adjusting the heater valve settings. We apologize for any discomfort caused and encourage our guests to reach out to our management company for assistance in adjusting the temperature.
  - Mattress covers and pillows: We apologize for any inconvenience caused by stained sheets or covers. We've instructed our cleaning company to discard any marked or stained linens in the future. Rest assured, all sheets are thoroughly cleaned before each guest's stay.
  - Bed coverings: As is customary for vacation rentals, guests are kindly asked to complete a few minor tasks, such as removing the linens, as part of the checkout process to facilitate a seamless transition for the next guests. Detailed checkout instructions are provided prior to arrival for guests' convenience. We apologize if this request caused any undue stress during your stay.

• Great Value & close to Disney

  We stayed for a couple nights before our Disney Resort Stay. We wished we could have stayed here the whole time. So much space! We loved the large bath tub and private hot tub & pool. There is a beautiful park in walking distance. We were happy to be given a late checkout. Only thing to note was I found the beds too hard for my liking.
