Manager's Response:
We’re very sorry to hear that your experience did not meet expectations, especially as a returning guest. We followed up with the homeowner after reading your feedback, and they wanted to share the following:
- We take great pride in maintaining a clean and welcoming home, and this feedback doesn’t reflect the standard we strive to uphold.
- Our cleaning team follows detailed checklists before every arrival, and the home consistently receives positive feedback for cleanliness and comfort. However, we understand that every stay matters, and we’ve shared your comments with our local team to review and ensure nothing was overlooked.
- We appreciate you taking the time to share your thoughts, as guest feedback helps us continue to improve and provide the best experience possible.
Thanks for letting us know about your stay.5/5 Enjoyed our stay
