• Location was great, but not a great experience.

  The location was great, and it was a nice home. But we did not have a great experience staying there.

  Not much for games, or extras, and very limited supplies (soaps, toilet paper, laundry detergent etc.), and the hot tub was unusable (which is specifically why we chose this one). And it was not followed up on, attended to or fixed until after we checked out (days later). But the previous reviews were good, so this may have been a one-off.

  Hopefully your stay will be better.

  - We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. The hot tub is professionally cleaned between guest stays to ensure safety. Unfortunately, the cleaning schedule didn’t align with your arrival, we worked to get the pool team out sooner. We’re now working on a new schedule to prevent this in the future.
  - After being made aware of your concerns, additional supplies, including soap, toilet paper, and laundry detergent, were purchased and delivered during your stay to address your concerns.

• Disappointing

  I planned my trip to celebrate my son's 18th birthday. The main things he wanted was our own place with a pool and hot tub. Overall I have to call the trip disappointing. The house while clean is worn. The furniture and everything at the house could use refreshing.

  The sofa has spots that could easily be cleaned

  The outside lounge chair cushions look as if they need to be cleaned.

  The light in the pool didn't work.

  The fan in the upstairs bathroom didn't work.

  The bottom drawer of the dishwasher is broken.

  The light part of remote control for the living room ceiling fan didn't work.

  Lastly there were no daily instructions for hot tub care which clearly were needed as I had to request cleaning and I ended up with a hot tub "rash" that I'm still dealing with after returning home.

  The couple who came to address my initial concerns were lovely and had things not continued to be an issue I might have given it a 3 star , and I did get responses from the management company but overall I have to call the house poor.

  Hi Kimberly, thank you for taking the time to share your experience. The homeowner has reviewed your feedback and would like to address your concerns:
  - The furniture in the home was purchased just two years ago in collaboration with a professional interior designer. While we strive to maintain it in top condition, the stains on the sofa were from a prior guest and unfortunately can't be removed easily. We plan to purchase cushion covers for the sofa.
  - The pool and outdoor cushions are regularly maintained, and the cushions were replaced a few months ago. We apologize if they did not meet your expectations.
  - Our maintenance person addressed the pool light and living room fan issues and reported they were working correctly once the right switches were used.
  - The dishwasher drawer roller was replaced promptly after it was brought to our attention.
  - While we're unsure what caused the rash, we take concerns like this seriously and will ensure our cleaning and maintenance protocols for the hot tub are reviewed.
  We appreciate your feedback and will use it to make improvements where needed.
