  We had booked this house for four days, However, we Ended up evacuating the property 20 hours After arrival. The thermostat had a code and we were not allowed access to the code. Both my six year-old twins ended up having runny noses On the first night because the temperature had dropped and we could not adjust it. There was no mention of this when we were booking the property. The contact person said we have to ask for adjustment of every time we need to change it. End up booking a hotel and my whole vacation going back-and-forth with the managing company trying to get a refund. Very disappointed with how we were treated. Lost about $400 plus hotel, plus this basically ruined our entire vacation. Had to leave Florida, a day and half earlier than we anticipated. Old And broken furniture, Dirty sofa, Hot tub water was not changed And it smelled like dead fish. Seems like the only thing the owner cared about was Making money, Without upkeep the property or serving the guests.

  The managing company, Evolve, Was also very unprofessional. Had to call them several times each time more than 40 minutes or 30 minutes of whole time on the phone. It felt like we were at a prison camp, where we did not have control of the simplest aspect of one’s life, which is controlling the climate in the house. This was the first property that we didn’t have access to the thermostat control. I would give zero star to this property and the owner.

  Overall good experience- great proximity to Disney and has a "back way" to avoid some of the traffic on the main road before you get to Disney. I did not find the property manager to be as responsive as I would have liked at some points and trying to get info on the pool temp before we arrived proved difficult (trying to decide if we wanted the pool heated beginning of May). We also had a hard time getting info on early check in being possible up until 3 hours before actual check in, which was hard with planning travel time. The property management company is not local so when you call, it's not someone in town that knows specific things like that which I didn't love. The property manager contact was local I think but I at first emailed her and never heard back and after reaching back out, was told text was better. That would have been helpful info ahead of time. The AC was broken when we arrived so it was a good 84 in the home the first day, but it was promptly fixed the next day. The hot tub also had to be serviced twice before it worked properly, but it was handled promptly as well. The property also backs up to a main road so there's considerable road noise when sitting by pool/ on back porch. It has a brick fence and some trees that separate the road from you, but it is noisy. The game room was a great addition and we liked having a private pool. Overall, I would recommend the property.

  Great place to stay. It is a little older, but was clean, roomy, and convenient. We loved the game room, the pool, and the hot tub. Nice finish to a busy day at the parks!
