  On arrival the house was not very clean. We found dirty bowls in a closet and under a chair in the bedroom. Every glass in the cabinet was dirty and dusty. The game room was idea. It stayed so hot we couldn't even watch TV in there. And the hot tub, spa never worked. The jets didnt work and the water temp was the same as the pool. We did enjoy ourselves but these inconveniences did put a damper on the whole stay.

  Lovely home that was well stocked for our stay. We had a couple questions upon arrival and response was immediate. We would definitely recommend this house!

  While the property manager was very responsive and helpful, there were several things that impacted our stay. The cleaning of the property before we arrived was not good. And when we went to make coffee the first morning we found that the pot hadn’t been cleaned out and was so moldy the filter basket had to be thrown out. They were supposed to bring a new coffee pot but never did. The spa wasn’t working when we got there and had to have someone come fix it after 2 days. The beds are extremely hard and very uncomfortable upstairs. They never added us to the Reunion Resort so we couldn’t use any of the amenities like the listing said we would. I wanted to like this property but just too many things went wrong for the price.

  - The home was professionally cleaned and inspected before your arrival, including a final sparkle clean the evening prior. We understand your concern with the coffee pot and offered to replace it, though we were told a new one wasn’t necessary.
  - While the spa needed servicing, the pool was heated and available during your entire stay.
  - The listing outlines which Reunion Resort amenities are included, and we provided instructions prior to arrival, along with a guest pass for general property access.
  - Mattress comfort can vary from guest to guest, but we’re sorry they didn’t meet your preferences.
