  We enjoyed our stay. The house was close to all Disney parks. Universal was about 30 minutes away. I would recommend bringing your own fan for the master bedroom. The ceiling fan works but the master bedroom stays a little hotter than the rest of the house. We would definitely stay here again.

  This property was fantastic! It was super clean and well-equipped. The house was perfectly located for where we wanted to go (close to the Disney parks, stores, restaurants, etc). There was a small hurricane/tropical storm happening during our stay and the pool and game room kept the kids entertained for the day until things opened back up the next day. A great price for the property. Would definitely recommend!!!

• Needs a Deep Cleaning

  Overall impression of this property is it needs some upkeep. While the pictures did reveal that the furniture was dated, that was not the problem, the property needed a deep cleaning. The carpet is filthy, vacuuming alone is not sufficient. Consider shampooing or replacing. Pool and hot tub needed to be cleaned. Hot tub had some black residue. Refrigerator does not get cold enough. The table mats were sticky from left over syrup. There was a water bottle found under living room chair. Blinds did not fully cover windows and some were missing. There is a terrible insect problem. Pest control is recommended. I wanted to cook but the insects were a turn off. Renters should also be able to lower ac under 72 degrees. Its Florida and it's hot! The home was very humid. Ceiling fan in master needs to be repaired it is being held by tape. Overall the property needs some TLC.

  Hi Melvin, we want our guests to rest easy when they stay with us, and we apologize if you experienced some issues during your trip. We followed up with the homeowner after reading your feedback, and they wanted to share the following:
  - We value your feedback and have had the home deeply cleaned since your stay. We will address your concerns regarding the cleanliness with the cleaning company so this issue does not affect future guests. We also plan to replace all of the carpet on the 14th of August, 2023.
  - The window blinds were a simple fix as the missing shades slipped out and fell on the window sill and all are now securely back in place. We have replaced the bedroom fan and are looking into updating the sofa set.
  - The house was inspected after your departure and thankfully no pests were found. The property receives monthly pest control services inside and outside of the property. We immediately had a professional team investigate the property for pests. The technicians did not find any evidence of pests.
  - We set the thermostat to a comfortable setting and are open to any requests to change the temperature to make our guests comfortable, however, we apologize that you were uncomfortable. The AC unit was inspected and is fully functional.
