2/5 Good house for family vacation.
Need some attention
I waited for almost an hour at the main entrance to enter and check in. The manager of the house where I was going to stay forgot to send my information to the security gate and forgot to send me the QR code to show at the security gate. I called her and didn't answer that. So I entered through another gate that was open and gave access to the house. I took pictures of the house before checking in and saw that it had some damage. The next day I went to use the pool but I couldn't go in because it was dirty. I took a picture and sent it to the manager. As I said, the house is great, but they need to pay attention to cleaning the house and be more careful to send all the necessary information for check in to the guest and to the security gate.

4/5 It took close to an hour for the line to check in after driving all those hours, just for the side gate to be broken. I could have saved an hour. Lots of homeless in the area so we didn’t try the amenities outside of the home such as the lazy river and community pool. Anyone could come in the broken gates.

Nice Hous
4/5 Excellent stay. House had more pots and kitchen utensils than other homes. We still had to buy aluminum pans to make our casseroles. Beds were comfortable, no issues with water pressure. Nice clean pool.

5/5 Everything was great. 100% assistance. the house has a room next to the bwc on the ground floor. on the first floor there is a master suite with bathtub. two semi suites and another bwc next to these suites. it was worth it and everything was ok
Close to Disney
3/5 Pros: Great Location - only 15 minutes to Disney and close to many shops and restaurants. Small but nice heated pool on-site that can fit about 3-4 adults comfortably. Good sized rooms and bathrooms with washer dryer. Cons: Property Manager was initially responsive at check in, but after reporting a few minor issues, we never heard from them again. Unit needs a little TLC here and there, and would have been nice to have more fully stocked kitchen.
