Somewhat disappointed
3/5 Overall the house was ok , it just needs some maintenance
There were numerous light bulbs missing
The pool enclosure has numerous panels of screen missing, which meant we had to deal with mosquito’s at night
There is an architectural element that has fallen from the
rear gable that is laying on the pool enclosure
Also would like to mention that when you have a guest pay for the pool/spa to be heated, maybe the heat should be turned on the day before arrival. My grandaughter’s were really disappointed upon arrival to find a cold pool!
One of the bedrooms the light fixture was about to fall off so I had to tighten it
In the rear master bath the shower head was about to fall off so I had to tighten it
The mattress pads in both master bedrooms need to be replaced
Also whoever is in charge of housekeeping should maybe follow-up with the crew of this home
We found empty water bottles , discarded chips behind several pieces of furniture, and several of the shower areas
that were not cleaned properly
So in closing, I’m just pointing out some things that as a landlord myself, should be taken care of.

Family trip to Orlando
5/5 Very nice home in a safe and secure neighborhood. There are a lot of things to do in the resort, although we didn't doich there. Had I known that there would be so much to do, I wouldn't have made so many plans away from the property. Everything was very nice and clean. We would definitely stay there again.

5/5 Great house and great layout. We all loved having our own bathrooms! I mentioned a couple of issues to Liza and she had it fixed/ taken care of within a few hours!

Wonderful
5/5 Once again, had a wonderful stay. The villa and its location are amazing. Plenty of space for our big family to spread out. Reunion is a gated community and well situated for access to numerous parks, etc.
