  This was a perfect little place for our stay! Living area was a little smaller, but had a big patio area to make up for it and with a great waterfront view we just sat outside for meals. The location can't be beat - you can walk to Cabana Club for the pool and beach, or to Havana Jack's for food and drinks. The place was clean and seemed well maintained, and the golf cart was a really nice feature. Would absolutely stay here again!

  Beautiful location to explore Marathon and the warm weather. Very safe for the family and easy to get around.

  Management services was completely uncaring. Ask for life preserver for adults and was told they were in the garage. They weren’t. The kayak leaked and sank while we tried to fish. Do the math! Many lights did not work. As you know it doesn’t take much to destroy one’s confidence. This was an awful experience. Add life preservers, adults and children. Buy a kayak that doesn’t leak. Put air in the bike tires, I bet they are still flat! Clean under the beds. Try to anticipate everyone’s desire for a basic sense of decency for families who have traveled hundreds of miles to vacation. The golf cart tires were all low. The stove counter top is very hard to clean. So unnecessary to care so little. Owner should be notified. So sad.

  - The kayaks do not have any holes and have been used by guests before and after your stay. They are in perfect condition.
  - We do not advertise life vests and never would have told you that they were in the garage. However, we do offer children's vests as a courtesy.
  - We verified that the golf cart tires were not flat and were functioning fine.
  
  The safety of our guests is very important to us, and we would never want anyone to have a negative experience or to destroy anyone's confidence. We strive for all our guests to enjoy themselves and to provide a 5-star experience. We have a great reputation and over 60 amazing 5-star reviews.

  Great location. Very clean house. Pictures need updated, there are no TV's in bedrooms. Beds were comfortable. Golf cart was awesome. Quiet neighborhood.
