5/5 There was so much to be pleased about - with this property. Marc was very timely with responding to texts. The townehome was clean and nicely renovated. We had a lengthy stay - the kitchen was stocked to allow for cooking meals. The fenced in yard was a plus in that our 15 lb. dog felt right at home. The neighborhood was safe and walkable to a wonderful Community park. A golf course was minutes away and other restaurants, shops, etc. Thank you Marc and Maria for being such wonderful hosts.

5/5 We had a lengthy stay and was pleasantly surprised that the townehome was exactly as pictured and Marc was very attentive and made our stay a wonderful experience. Thanks to Maria for the cleanliness and stocking all the needs for a home away from home!.
The location was perfect, close to our grandsons school, restaurants, a lovely park was minutes away and a quiet neighborhood where you felt safe to walk or bike. Of course, the beach is not far and there are quite a few to choose from.

5/5 Visiting FL for a long weekend to see friends, enjoyed the townhome so close to restaurants and activities we had planned. The place was bright, clean, with comfortable beds! We will definitely stay here in the spring on our next trip.
