  We had a nice stay and the place was clean and easy to access. Communication was done via email and text and was clear. The location was great for our needs - close to the places we wanted to go to. I would definitely recommend to stay here.

  Great stay overall. The property manager communicated well, the home was clean. Just 10 minutes from the pier and other great fishing spots.

  This was a disappointment, this host was given my private phone number by VRBO WITHOUT MY PERMISSION. I was not given the choice to communicate to the host through the Vrbo platform. The reason I was given by the VRBO customer support. Is that the host use a third-party application to manage multiple properties. So instead of my communications to the house, being documented on the platform and my privacy being protected I had to use my personal phonecommunicate to the host through the Vrbo platform. The master bath has tile on the floor that is not made for floors and was so slippery I slipped. The place does not match the photos. The living room had a sectional that was so close to the TV MY wife tripped. The master bed frame had lets at the edge of the bed frame and we kept hitting our feet. All the floors and carpets were not clean. The countertops in the kitchen not clean.

  - We keep all of our properties meticulously clean. If there were any issues with cleanliness, we wish you had reached out to us during your stay, and we would have immediately addressed them
  - There is a sufficient amount of space between the couch and the tv stand, and all of the bathrooms have mats, so we are trying to understand why the floor in the bathroom was slippery, so we are sorry that you slipped
  We truly go above and beyond for our guests and are confident that future guests will have excellent stays!
