  The property was spacious and well located on a canal near the open water with a nice dock. The house and dock area needs a deep clean which usually reveals that the housekeeping and maintenance staff does not have adequate time to clean between renters (?). Our party was 5 adults and 1 small child, yet the unit accommadted 12 people? Old and tired furnishings, linens and supplies need replacing for the nightly price we paid. I would consider the 3rd 'bedroom' a large closet in the basement.

  - The property is designed to accommodate up to 12 people with various sleeping arrangements, including a king bed, queen bed, full-size bed, futons, and cots. The third bedroom is a full-sized bedroom with ample space and a large closet, not a closet itself.
  - We apologize if the furnishings, linens, and supplies seemed old or tired. We will review these items and make necessary replacements to ensure they meet our guests' expectations.
  - The house and dock area are regularly cleaned, but we will address your comments with our housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure a deep clean is conducted more frequently.
  - We offered the option to extend your stay at a substantial discount, as our calendar was open for the nights following your departure. We regret that you did not contact us with any concerns during your stay, as we would have responded immediately to address them.

• Wonderful vacation

  This unit was spacious enough for group of seven, where everyone could relax and enjoy themselves. Check-in was very easy. The back deck had great views & great fishing! This was our third trip to Nettles but first time here but would definitely stay here again! Thanks for a wonderful vacation.

  Everything was geeat about the property. The only problem was the amount of pool passes. There were only 4 and we rented the place for 9 people. That was very unfortunate as each pass was 25 dollars. We could not enjoy as a family, this should be explained when renting to groups bigger than 4.

Here are some insights from the homeowner: Regarding the pool passes, we acknowledge that the previous policy was not optimal. However, with our assistance, the board approved a new policy on May 24th, 2024, which is significantly more cost-effective. We regret that this change did not meet the expectations of this guest, and we apologize for any inconvenience caused. It's worth noting that this is the first time we have received a complaint about this issue.   We love the area and the house was a great. The weather was so good we ended up doing more things away from the home, however it was a nice place to go back to at night.
